Oregon-portal is an experimental advertising system used to bring more beneficial information to the user with low key advertising placed under it.
The main benifit is from search engine recognition, not bombarding users with tons of flashy banners.
It is low cost because I'm using free Servers, and placing my main content on freewebs.com which for the time being has no pop-ups or in page ads.
